小儿退热颗粒组分挥发油提取及β-环糊精包合工艺研究 被引量:1

Studies on Extraction Process of Volatile Oil from Xiao’er Tuire Keli and Preparation Technology of β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Compound

摘要 考察小儿退热颗粒组分(金银花、连翘、柴胡)挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合工艺。采用单因素法考察浸泡时间、加水量和提取时间对挥发油提取率的影响;运用正交试验法考察挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合时间、包合温度对挥发油包和率的影响。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为加水10倍量,提取4 h;最佳包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶6,包合温度40℃,包合时间60 min。该工艺稳定可靠,可有效防止挥发油有效成分的散失。 The paper studied the extraction and inclusion of β-cyclodextrin from volatile oil of components of Xiao'er Tuire Keli(honeysuckle,forsythia and bupleurum).The effects of soaking time,water content and extraction time on the extraction rate of volatile oil were studied by single factor method,and the effects of ratio of cyclodextrin to volatile oil,inclusion time and inclusion temperature on the utilization rate of volatile oil were studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that adding 10 times of water and 4 hours of extraction was the optimal extraction process for volatile oil,the ratio of volatile oil to cyclodextrin was 1∶6,the inclusion temperature was 40℃,and the inclusion time was 60 minutes.The process is stable and reliable,and can effectively prevent the loss of active components of volatile oil.
