摘要
钢制安全壳作为压水堆核电厂防止放射性物质泄漏的最后一道安全屏障,需要在建造完成后进行结构完整性试验SIT,是验证钢制安全壳的结构合格与否的关键性试验,确保其在核电厂运行工况下没有结构变形或相关缺陷的存在,评价安全壳的结构完整性。本文对AP1000核电机组钢制安全壳的SIT试验过程中良好经验反馈进行了总结,为后续CAP1000和CAP1400项目钢制安全壳的SIT试验的实施提供参考和借鉴。
The Steel containment vessel is the last safety barrier to prevent the leakage of radioactive materials of the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.After the construction is completed,the structural integrity test SIT is required.It is a key test to verify the structural conformity of the steel containment vessel.And to ensure that there is no structural deformation or related defects in the operation of the nuclear power plant,and evaluate the structural integrity of the containment vessel.This paper summarizes the good practices during the SIT of steel containment vessel of AP1000 nuclear power plant,and provides reference for implementation of the SIT of the steel containment vessel of CAP1000 and CAP1400 projects.
