摘要
阴极保护监测系统主要是针对被保护体健康状态评估、故障预测、故障处理及避免出现灾难性事故设计的。阴极保护监测数据管理分析可分为四个阶段:包括数据生成、数据采集、数据储存以及数据分析,其中数据分析是数据管理最重要的部分。对核电站阴极保护增加监测系统可以提高系统非计划停运时间,使相关设备获得更为有效的保护。本文以核电站冷源相关设备的阴极保护系统失效分析为案例,阐明了阴极保护监测系统在阴极保护系统运维、故障分析与健康诊断等方面的重要性。
The cathodic protection monitoring system is mainly designed for the health assessment of the protected body,fault prediction,fault handling and avoiding catastrophic accidents.Cathodic protection monitoring data management analysis can be divided into four phases:data generation,data collection,data storage,and data analysis.Data analysis is the most important part of data management.Increasing the monitoring system for cathodic protection of nuclear power plants can increase the unplanned outage time of the system and enable more effective protection of related equipment.This paper takes the failure analysis of the cathodic protection system of nuclear power plant cold source related equipment as an example,and clarifies the importance of the cathodic protection monitoring system in the operation and maintenance,fault analysis and health diagnosis of the cathodic protection system.
