摘要 由于燃气双层管系统设计目前尚无成熟的技术方案可供参考,基于某全球首制双燃料动力汽车运输船的项目经验,分别从主机高压燃气双层管以及发电机、锅炉低压燃气双层管两个方面,提出了燃气双层管系统设计方案及试验方法,详细阐述了燃气双层管总体系统设计原理及双层管内外管的系统构成、双层管压力及管壁厚计算方法、双层管系统试验工艺等关键技术及工艺要求。实船试验论证了该燃气双层管系统设计方案的安全性及可靠性。 The fuel gas double tube system is a key technology to ensure the gas mode safety operation of the dual-fuel powered vessel.However,there is no mature technology program for reference,which is an urgent issues to solve for the the dual-fuel powered vessel project.Based on the experience of the world first dual-fuel powered car carrier vessel project,this paper proposes a gas double tube system design scheme and the test method both for the high-pressure gas double tube of main engine and the low-pressure fuel double tube system of generator and boiler.This paper mainly explicates the overall design of the gas double tube system and the system composition of the inner and outer pipes of the double tube,the calculation method pressure and wall thickness of the double tube,and the double tube system test process.The safety and reliability of the design scheme of the gas double-wall pipe system were demonstrated.
