摘要 目的探索CBL联合GasMan软件在麻醉学本科生吸入麻醉实习教学中的应用价值。方法选取2018-06/2019-06期间我院30名麻醉学5年制本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=15)和教学改革组(n=15)。在教学内容基本相同的情况下评估不同教学方法的效果。结果CBL联合GasMan软件在学生理论考试、技能考核成绩及教学效果评价表得分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合GasMan软件能够取得良好的实习教学效果,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of CBL combined with GasMan software in the teaching of inhalation anesthesia for undergraduate anesthesia interns.Methods Thirty undergraduate anesthesia interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=15)and the innovation group(n=15).The teaching effects of different teaching methods on the same teaching content were evaluated.Results The teaching effects of innovation group was superior to the control group in the scores of students theoretical examinations,skill assessment scores and teaching effects evaluation scores(P<0.05).Conclusion With the implementation of CBL combined with GasMan software,better clinical practice teaching effects can be achieved,which is worthy of clinical application.
