Research on Copyright Confirmation Based on Blockchain in the Media Convergence

融媒体生态中,版权保护面临重重困扰,网络传播中内容版权侵权现象严重,举证困难、维权成本过高等问题成为内容产业的尖锐痛点。随着区块链技术在传媒领域的应用探索,版权确权与维权成为重要的发展方向,被较多应用于内容版权保护领域。我国司法领域已经确认区块链存证的法律效力,区块链电子存证作为一种新兴的取证方式在版权确权中发挥着更大作用。本文论述了区块链技术对于版权存证司法效力的赋予,介绍了基于区块链的版权确权系统部署,探讨了版权确权、维权及服务扩展方向。

The purpose of the study was to assess copyright confirmation based on blockchain in the media convergence.In the development of media convergence,copyright protection faces great challenges,ranging from severe copyright infringement in the networks,difficulties in proof and high costs of rights protection.These issues need to be seriously addressed.With the application and exploration of blockchain technology in the field of media,copyright confirmation and rights protection have become more important,which have been widely used in the field of copyright protection.In the administration of justice of China,the legal effect of blockchain certificate has been confirmed.And electronic certificate of blockchain,as an emerging method of evidence collection,plays a greater role in the copyright confirmation.This survey concluded:(a)the granting of the judicial effect of copyright depository by blockchain,and(b)the deployment of copyright confirmation system based on blockchain,and(c)the direction of copyright confirmation,protection and service expansion.The study findings may serve as a guide for further research on copyright issues in the media convergence.
