摘要
为了避免加热炉停工低氮改造带来的经济损失,针对中国石化某分公司圆筒型燃烧器进行了在线低氮改造技术的研究。利用分级扩散和烟气内循环相结合的技术,采用二次风道内增设燃料分级喷枪的方式对原燃烧器进行低氮改造。通过燃烧试验从10种喷枪结构中优化出性能优良的E型喷枪,并进行热态试验,结果表明燃烧器性能良好,可使烟气中NOx含量由改造前的210 mg/m3降低至66 mg/m3。在中国石化某分公司加热炉上进行工业试验,试验表明在线低氮改造效果良好,NOx排放量远低于国家排放标准,改造方案经济便捷,应用前景广阔。
In order to avoid the economic loss caused by furnace shutdown for low-NOx modification,the online low-NOx reforming technology was adopted for a cylindrical burner in a branch company of Sinopec.Based on the principle of combination of staged diffusion and internal circulation of flue gas,the low-NOx modification of the original burner was carried out by adding a staged fuel spray gun in the second air duct.The E-type spray gun with excellent performance was optimized from ten types of spray gun structures by combustion test.The results of thermal test show that the NOx content in flue gas can be reduced from 210 mg/m3 to 66 mg/m3 by the low-NOx reformed burner.Industrial test shows that the on-line low-NOx reforming technology has the advantages of low cost and good effects,which can make the NOx emission of flue gas far lower than China's most stringent emission standards,and has broad application prospects.
