催化裂化烟气脱硫脱硝国产技术的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对催化裂化再生烟气中存在SO2、NOx和颗粒物等污染物,中国石化湛江东兴石油化工有限公司采用中国石化自主开发的烟气SCR脱硝技术和新型湍冲文丘里除尘脱硫技术进行了治理。装置运行结果表明,外排烟气污染物浓度大幅度下降,SO2浓度从1249.1 mg/m^3下降到1.45 mg/m^3,NOx从108.9 mg/m^3下降到31.8 mg/m^3,粉尘从94.8 mg/m^3下降到18.2 mg/m^3,优于国家排放标准。外排废水pH值、化学需氧量和悬浮物的浓度达到国家排放标准。SO2、NOx和粉尘减排量分别为643.21 t/a、39.75 t/a和39.49 t/a,环境效益良好。至今,该装置已连续稳定运行超过4年。 In order to deal with the pollutants such as SO2,NOx and particulate matters in FCC regenerator flue gas,Sinopec Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical employed the SCR denitrification technology and the new turbulent flushing venturi dust removal/desulfurization technology developed by Sinopec to treat the flue gas.The dust removal,desulfurization and denitration equipment was built in June 2014,and the results showed that the concentration of pollutants in FCC flue gas declined significantly,with SO2 from 1249.1 mg/m^3 to 1.45 mg/m^3,NOx from 108.9 mg/m^3 to 31.8 mg/m^3,and dust from 94.8 mg/m^3 to 18.2 mg/m^3,which were better than the national standard.The pH value,COD and suspended solids in the discharged wastewater also reached the national standard.Emission reductions of SO2,NOx and dust were 643.21 t/y,39.75 t/y and 39.49 t/y respectively.So environmental and social benefits are very significant.The unit has been running for more than four years now.
