冷箱开车积液操作的优化及成效

摘要 扬子石化一氧化碳深冷分离装置自开车投用以来,因冷箱开车积液阶段操作复杂,耗时较长。通过对冷箱积液阶段操作理论结构的补充和完善,提炼并总结出积液操作的关键节点,对实际操作步序进行优化与改进并在装置多次开停车期间进行大量的实践,有效解决了开车积液时间长的问题,缩短了冷箱进料积液阶段所需时间12 h,加快了冷箱的开车进度,节约了能耗物耗。对装置深挖运行潜力、提高运行负荷、加深装置理解等有很大帮助,对同类装置的冷箱开车操作有较大借鉴意义。 Since the start-up of the carbon monoxide cryogenic separation unit in Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical,the operation at liquid accumulation stage during cold box start-up was complex and time-consuming,which has become an important factor causing efficiency loss during start-up of the unit.By perfecting the theory and process of the operation at cold box liquid collection stage,the key nodes of the liquid collection operation are extracted and summarized,and the actual operation steps are optimized and improved,which have been practiced many times during the start-up and shutdown,effectively solved the technical difficulties,and greatly shortened the time by 12 hours required at cold box liquid collection stage,resulting in faster start-up of the cold box and less energy and material consumption.It is of great help to tap the operation potential,increase the operation load and deepen the understanding of the unit,and also of great significance for cold box start-up operation of similar units.
