化工区火炬气回收技术探讨与实践

摘要 通过对广州石化化工区火炬气的组成分析及对比国内其他企业同类装置设备选型和运行情况,确定了适用于该公司火炬气回收装置的气柜、压缩机选型。在实际运行中存在着运行压力未达标、消耗大和排放量无监控等问题,通过采取增加水封高度等优化措施后,全年回收标准油5840吨,减少CO2排放约2万吨,企业经济、环境、社会效益都得到了极大地提升。后续还可优化压缩机运行状态延长机组寿命,进一步降低能耗。该项目的投用,提升了企业形象,同时也为国内同类装置的运行和设计积累了经验及数据。 By analyzing the composition of flare gas in chemical zone of Guangzhou Petrochemical and comparing with the peer facilities and operations in other domestic companies,the type of gas holder and compressor suitable for its flare gas recovery is selected.In the actual operation,there are still problems such as operation pressure below standard,large gas loss and unmonitored emission.After taking optimization and improvement measures such as increasing the water seal height,the economic,environmental and social benefits of the company have been greatly improved,equivalent to annual recovery of 5840 tons of standard oil and reduction of CO2 emissions by about 20000 tons.In the future,it also has the potential to optimize the operation state of the compressor to extend the service life of the facilities and further reduce the energy consumption.The project can improve the image of the company and provide experience and data for the operation and design of similar facilities in China.
