摘要 文章分析了抽油机传统平衡度计算和测试技术,并结合在实际工作中平衡度调节测试的数据,比较了各个方法的优缺点。根据实际情况,针对传统方法的不足,提出了一种基于“最小功率”的平衡调节方法,可作为指导新型自平衡游梁式抽油机平衡度调整的方法。现场试验表明,基于“最小功率”的平衡度调节方法可以在特殊井况下指导抽油机平衡度调节,使抽油机安全运行更节能;也可以在良好井况下,作为辅助手段进行抽油机平衡度分析。 In this paper,the traditional balance calculation and testing techniques are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared on the basis of the balance adjustment and testing data obtained in oilfield activities.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional methods,a kind of balance adjustment method based on the"minimum power"is proposed according to the actual situation,which can be used to instruct the adjustment of the balance of new self-balancing beam pumping units.As shown in the field test,this balance adjustment method based on the"minimum power"can instruct the balance adjustment of the pumping unit under special well conditions,thus improving the energy efficiency and operation safety of the pumping unit.Under favorable well conditions,this method can also serve as a supplementary means to analyze the balance of the pumping unit.
