基于定序Logit模型的互联网使用视角下数字不平等研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着互联网接入率的提高,数字不平等的成因由技术接入差异转向个体获取信息动机与能力的差异。本文从互联网使用目的与使用频率的视角,以2016年中国家庭追踪调查数据中的成人为研究对象,基于定序Logit模型对造成数字不平等的影响因素进行分析,结果表明:低年龄组、硕士毕业群体、女性群体、非农业户口、有工作群体互联网学习频率更高;业余上网时间较长群体、低年龄组、女性群体、非农业户口群体、有工作群体、地位较高群体使用互联网娱乐的频率较高。可通过加强教育培训等方式缩小信息差距,进一步消除数字不平等问题。 With the increase of Internet access rate,the cause of digital inequality shifts from the difference of technology access to the difference between individual motivation and ability to obtain information.This paper analyzes the influencing factors causing digital inequality based on the sequenced Logit model from the perspective of the purpose and frequency of Internet use,and the adult in the 2016 China Family Panel Studies data,the results show that:the lower age group,the master graduate groups,the female groups,the non-agricultural hukou,and the working groups have higher frequency of Internet learning;the longer time groups for amateur Internet access,the lower age groups,the female groups,the non-agricultural hukou groups,and the working groups,The higher status groups use Internet entertainment more frequently.By further eliminating digital inequalities by strengthening education and training,the information gap can be narrowed.
