Analysis of Influencing Factors of Malignant Tumors Based on Logistic Model

目前危害我国居民乃至人类生命健康的主要威胁就是“恶性肿瘤”也就是“癌症”,而公认的综合治疗恶性肿瘤的方法之一就是中医疗法。本文将利用Apriori模型对乳腺癌患者的病理信息进行关联分析,找出六个乳腺癌中医证型与TNM分期之间的关联规则,在此基础上,通过建立logistic回归模型并进行分析,重点研究了各中医证型对乳腺癌病程阶段的影响因素构成以及各因素影响效果和作用。本文希望通过发现各证型与乳腺癌相关病情的微妙联系及影响规律,为预测病情、分析病因以及各阶段的临床治疗提供指导和参考。

At present,the main threat to the lives and health of our residents and human beings is“malignant tumors”,that is,“cancer”,and one of the generally accepted methods for comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors is the Chinese medicine method.This article will use the Apriori model to analyze the pathological information of breast cancer patients,find out the association rules between the six TCM syndrome types of breast cancer and TNM staging.Based on this,by establishing a logistic regression model and analyzing,Study on the composition of influential factors of TCM syndromes on the course of breast cancer,and the effects and effects of each factor.This article hopes to discover the subtle connection between the various types of syndromes and TNM stages It also provides guidance and reference for predicting the condition,analyzing the etiology and clinical treatment of each stage.
