批量新型冠状病毒肺炎患者救治的院内组织和实施

此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的暴发已严重影响我国社会稳定和群众生命健康安全。疫情的迅速蔓延和感染者人数的快速增加,对医院内患者的救治提出严峻挑战。为了做好批量新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的院内救治,解放军总医院第五医学中心根据此次疫情的严重程度和疾病的特点,合理配置接诊、救治单元和医护团队,高效衔接、利用院内外的救治资源,实现临床救治能力的最大化和救治效果的最优化,为下一步其他医疗机构的批量救治工作提供借鉴和参考。

The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)has severely affected the social stability and the safety of people􀆳s lives and health in China.The spread of the epidemic and the increase of infected individualsbring severe challenges to the treatment of in-hospitalpatients.In order to complete the batch treatment of NCP patients in hospitalwith high quality,the fifth medical center of PLA general hospital,according to the severity of the epidemic and the characteristics of NCP,rationally configure and allocate the treatment unit and medical staffs,efficiently combineandutilizethe treatment resources of in-hospital and out-hospital.These measures ultimately maximized the clinical treatment capacity and optimized the treatment effect.
