摘要
目的探讨信息化的教考模式在ICU护生教学中的实施与应用效果。方法选择2016—2017年在某院ICU实习的148名护理专业实习生作为研究对象,根据实习时间段的不同将其分为对照组(n=76)和观察组(n=72)。对照组采取一对一的带教,使用传统的管理、教学、考核方法;实验组采用信息化的教考模式进行教学和管理。比较两组实习护生理论、操作成绩和教学考试方法评价、满意度。结果实验组护生理论、操作成绩分别为(85.31±4.11)分和(91.43±1.17)分,明显高于对照组(77.26±5.61)分和(90.02±1.23)分,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生对信息化的教考方法评价中学习兴趣、学习主动性、记忆效果、思维分析能力和培训方式条目得分高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化的教考模式不仅提高实习护生的理论和操作成绩,而且提高护生学习的主动性和积极性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the implementation and application effects of information-based teaching and testing mode in ICU nursing student training.Methods By convenient sampling,148 nursing interns in the hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(n=76)and observation group(n=72)based on the different internship periods.The control group adopted one-to-one teaching,using traditional management,teaching and assessment methods.The observation group adopted the informationbased teaching and testing mode for training and management.The two groups of nursing students were compared in terms of their knowledge of nursing theories,operation performance,evaluation in teaching and testing as well as satisfaction rate.Results The scores of nursing theories and operation performance in the observation group were(85.31±4.11)and(91.43±1.17)respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group at(77.26±5.61)and(90.02±1.23),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of memory effect,analytic abilities and training methods were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The information-based teaching and testing mode not only improves the theoretical and operational performance of nursing students but also stimulates their initiative and enthusiasm in learning,which is worthy of clinical application.
