大学科研文化是大学在科学研究活动中形成的。建构大学科研文化,要立足大学自身的办学定位和科研实力,结合学术积淀、学科优势、师资队伍、社会服务方向等多种因素,打造并形成符合自身特点的科研文化,融入到大学整体文化之中。当前大学建构科研文化,要坚持正确的政治标准,要从学校层面做好顶层设计,主动服务社会需求,整合校内外学术资源建立科研援助体系,重视科研人员个体文化和科研团队文化建设,从大学科研本分角度重构科研评价体系等。

University research culture is formed in scientific research activities.In order to construct university scientific research culture,we should base on the University’s own orientation and scientific research strength,combine academic accumulation,disciplinary advantages,faculty,social service direction and other factors,create and form a scientific research culture that conforms to its own characteristics,and integrate it into the University’s overall culture.At present,to construct scientific research culture,universities should adhere to correct political standards,do a good job in top-level design from the school level,actively serve social needs,integrate academic resources inside and outside the university to establish a scientific research assistance system,attach importance to the construction of individual culture and scientific research teamculture of scientific researchers,and reconstruct the scientific research evaluation systemfromthe perspective of scientific research function of universities.
