社区健康资源开发利用模式对我国社区慢性病防控工作的启示

The Enlightenment of the Development and Utilization Mode of Community Health Resources on the Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases in Chinese Communities

美国马萨诸塞州创建社区健康资源开发利用模式,利用在线的、交互式的社区健康资源地图,调动居民参与健康资源开发和利用工作,支持诊所与社区联系,以此推动慢性病防控和社区健康建设。文章通过对社区健康资源开发利用模式的研究目的、内容及相关应用进行介绍,了解健康资源开发利用模式的实施过程和在社区慢性病防控中发挥的关键作用,从创新社区健康资源开发利用方式,加强社区—卫生服务中心—居民联系,组织多部门合作提供支持,创建网络平台整合资源几个方面,探究促进社区健康资源的开发和利用、提高社区慢性病防控水平的重要启示。

The state of Massachusetts created a community health resource development and utilization model,using online and interactive community health resource map to mobilize residents to participate in the development and utilization of health resources,and support the connection between clinics and communities,so as to promote the prevention and control of chronic diseases and community health construction.This paper introduces the research purpose,content and related application of the development and utilization mode of community health resources to understand the implementation process of the development and utilization mode of health resources and its key role in the prevention and control of chronic diseases in communities.From the aspects of innovating the development and utilization of community health resources,strengthening the connection between community-health service centers and residents,organizing multidisciplinary cooperation to provide support,and establishing a network platform to integrate resources,this paper explores the important enlightenment of promoting the development and utilization of community health resources and improving the prevention and control level of community chronic diseases.
