论社会主义核心价值体系与社会主义核心价值观的关系

On the Relationship between Socialist Core Values System and Socialist Core Values

党的十六届六中全会提出了构建社会主义核心价值体系,党的十八大提出的践行社会主义核心价值观,是中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分。正确理解和把握二者的关系具有重要的理论和实践意义,本文认为社会主义核心价值体系指导社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,二者相辅相成,相互促进;具体表现为理论阐述和实践要求的关系,内容实质和形式表达的关系。

The sixth plenary session of the 16th central committee of the communist party of China put forward the construction of the system of socialist core values.The practice of socialist core values put forward at the 18th national congress of the communist party of China is an important part of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to correctly understand and grasp the relationship between the two.This paper holds that the socialist core value systemguides the cultivation and practice of socialist core values,and the two complement and promote each other.It is embodied in the relationship between theoretical elaboration and practical requirements,the relationship between content essence and formexpression.
