摘要
大学课程体系的构建要基于社会发展的需求、高校的人才培养目标和校本专业特色。本研究基于需求分析理论,从医学专业学习者、大学英语教育者和医疗从业者三个层次对地方医学院校大学英语后续课程学习需求进行调查分析,构建了适合地方医学院校特色的后续课程体系,并提出“课程内容校本化、教学师资多元化”的优化方案,以期为地方医科类高校深化大学英语后续课程改革提供参考。
The construction of the university curriculum system should be based on the requirements of social development,the talent training objectives of colleges and universities and the characteristics of school-based majors.Based on the theory of demand analysis,this study investigates the needs of college English follow-up courses in local medical colleges from the three levels of medical professional learners,college English educators and medical practitioners,and constructs a follow-up curriculumsystemsuitable for the characteristics of localmedical colleges.The present paper also put forward the“optimization of teaching objects,modulation of teaching content,diversification of teaching staff”,in order to provide reference for local medical colleges and universities to deepen the reformof college English follow-up courses.
