摘要
近年来,较多研究证实超声可介导肿瘤免疫治疗。高强度聚焦超声在破坏肿瘤组织的同时可导致机体在原位产生肿瘤碎片,该碎片可作为免疫系统的抗原,形成原位疫苗诱导机体产生全身的免疫反应。以微泡为载体的超声靶向微泡破坏技术介导免疫调节佐剂靶向传递到肿瘤细胞或免疫细胞,不仅可以增强机体的全身免疫应答,提高肿瘤免疫治疗的疗效,还可以减少免疫调节佐剂用量,减轻毒副作用。本文拟对超声介导肿瘤免疫治疗的研究进展进行综述,并讨论其应用潜力及面临的挑战。
In recent years,many studies have confirmed that ultrasound can mediate tumor immunotherapy.High-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)can cause tumor fragments to be generated in situ,while destroying tumors.Tumor fragmentscan serve as antigens of the immune system,forming in situ vaccine and inducing the organism to produce a systematic immuneresponse.Microbubble as the carrier,mediated immunity adjuvants targeted to tumor cells and immune cells by ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction,which not only can enhance the body’s immune response,improve the efficacy of tumorimmunotherapy,but also can reduce the dosage of immunity adjuvants and reduce side effects.This paper reviews the researchprogress in ultrasound mediated tumor immunotherapy and discuss the potential application and possible challenges.
