摘要
利用2006—2017年省际(除港、澳、台)面板数据,通过构建静、动态面板模型和动态门限模型对自主研发投入、国际技术溢出路径对区域技术创新的影响效应以及其非线性关系进行检验。结果表明:各路径对区域技术创新水平的“激励效应”显著,且后者的“激励效应”更强;基于技术溢出路径的差异,自主研发投入只有在较高制度质量环境下才能激发其对区域技术创新的“激励效应”,而外商直接投资与对外贸易对区域技术创新的“激励效应”均随制度质量的提高而增强,但对外直接投资的“激励效应”却伴随制度质量的提高而减弱。
This paper uses the 2006-2017 inter-provincial(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)panel data to construct the static and dynamic panel models and dynamic threshold models to influence the independent research and development investment,the impact of international technology spillover paths on regional technological innovation and its nonlinearity.The relationship is tested.The results show that the“incentive effect”of each path to regional technological innovation level is significant,and the latter“incentive effect”is stronger;based on the difference of technology spillover path,independent R&D investment can only stimulate it under the higher system quality environment.The“incentive effect”of regional technological innovation,and the“incentive effect”of foreign direct investment and foreign trade on regional technological innovation are enhanced with the improvement of institutional quality,but the“incentive effect”of foreign direct investment is accompanied by the improvement of institutional quality.Weakened.
