杭州服务业产业集群的发展得益于深厚的商业文化传统、资源信息共享的内在动力、制造业的带动作用,价值链的不断优化和市场环境的持续改善。近年来,杭州服务业产业规模效应和集聚效应不断凸显,但仍存在创新投入不足,知识产权保护观念滞后,高端服务人才缺乏等问题。促进杭州服务业产业集群升级需要加快对新兴服务业的投入、保护知识产权、建立人才支撑体系,创造良好的产业发展环境。

The service industrial cluster of Hangzhou has benefited from deep commercial cultural traditions,the resource and information sharing,the leading role of manufacturing,the continuous optimization of the value chain and the continuous improvement of the market environment.In recent years,the scale and agglomeration ef⁃fects of Hangzhou's service industry have become increasingly prominent,but there are still problems such as insuf⁃ficient investment in innovation,lagging intellectual property protection,and lack of talents.upgrading of the Hang⁃zhou service industrial cluster requires accelerating investment in emerging service industries,protecting intellectu⁃al property rights,establishing a talent support system,and creating a good industrial development environment.
