中国新型城镇化建设中居民能源消费问题的分析及对策

Analysis and Suggestions of Residential Energy Consumption in the New Type of Urbanization in China

随着中国城镇化建设的快速发展,我国居民生活能源的消费也在急剧攀升。传统的粗放型的能源消费已不适应建设新型城镇的需求,在能源安全和环境保护的双重压力之下,中国新型城镇化建设必需转变能源的消费模式与消费结构,走清洁、绿色、低碳、节能的能源发展之路。同时,各地要充分利用当地的能源资源优势,因地制宜,科学制定新型城镇的能源供应与消费规划,合理规划和调整能源区域布局,有区别、有侧重、多形式地发展分布式能源,从而推动中国新型城镇建设过程中居民生活能源的供应模式与消费路径的革命,有力地推进生态文明,建设美丽中国。

With the acceleration of new type of urbanization,the consumption of residential energy is also rising rapidly.The traditional extensive type of energy consumption can not meet the needs of new type of urbanization.Under the dual pressure of energy security and environmental protection,the mode and structure of energy consump⁃tion should be changed.The energy used in the future shall be clean,green,low-carbon and more efficient.Mean⁃while,the local government should make full use of the local energy resources and make scientific plans of energy.The distributed energy should be placed more emphasis on in order to promote the energy production and consump⁃tion revolution which will lead to the ecological civilization and beautiful China.
