关于实施档案工作者职业认同调查工作的思考

Reflections on Implementing the Investigation of Occupational Identity of Archives Workers

新形势下档案工作者的身份转变给档案馆的管理提出了新的要求,需要在原有评估体系上进一步丰富与完善。针对档案机构的现状与未来管理的需要,本文介绍了职业认同调查,并论述实施该调查工作的必要性;结合美国国家档案馆的实践案例进行分析,对实施档案工作者职业认同调查工作提出建议。

Under the new situation,the identity transformation of archives workers puts forward new requirements for the management of archives,which needs to be further enriched and improved in the original evaluation system.In view of the present situation and the need of future management of archival institutions,this paper introduces the survey of occupational identity and discusses the necessity of implementing the survey.Based on the practical cases of the National Archives of the United States,this paper puts forward some suggestions on implementing the investigation of occupational identity of archives workers.
