摘要
海外学习和工作经历是个人履历的重要组成部分。人事档案管理中,对国内学习和工作经历应归档的材料已有较为详细的制度与规范,能较全面地反映在国内的学习和工作情况,但未对国外访学和工作经历应归档材料作出明确规定,导致有海外经历人员的人事档案不能全面反映其个人经历和能力。通过对人事档案中缺失海外履历材料的影响进行分析,并提出完善人事档案中国外履历材料的对策。
Overseas study and work experience is an important part of one's personal history.In personnel archives management,detailed systems and regulations have been established for the filing of archives with domestic study and work experience,which can reflect one’s study and work situation in China comprehensively.However,there is no clear stipulation on the filing materials of overseas study and work experience.As a result,the personnel archives of people with overseas experience can not fully reflect their personal experience and ability.This paper analyzes the impact of missing overseas resume materials in personnel archives and puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting foreign resume materials in personnel archives.
