黄埔军校时期中国共产党的政治工作是党在军队中进行思想政治教育的初步尝试,这一时期党的政治工作以反帝反封建为主线、以爱民教育为支撑、以军法教育为载体,形成了独特的教育内容,探索出课堂教学与交流研讨、理论宣讲与革命实践、先锋模范与日常表率紧密结合的多样教育途径,并以一系列行之有效的制度规范为政治工作的有序展开提供了组织和制度保障,取得了显著的教育成果。

The political work of the Communist Party of China in Huangpu Military Academy was the preliminary attempt in ideological and political education in the army by the party.The political work of the party in this period took the anti-imperialism and anti-feudalism as main line,people loving education as supporting point,and military education as carrier,thus unique education content was formed.Multiple educational approaches were explored that combined classroom teaching with communication and discussion,theoretical teaching with revolutionary practice,exemplary role model with daily examples.A series of effective rules and regulations provided organizational and institutional guarantee for the orderly implementation of political work.Ultimately,it made great education achievements.
