大数据背景下高校网络教育档案管理研究

Research on Archives Management of Network Education in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Big Data

随着信息化时代的到来,产生的大量数据逐渐成为新时代的重要生产资料之一,同时大数据应用范围也越来越广泛。高校网络教育平台积累了大量的学生及教学活动数据,而传统网络教育档案管理模式存在着诸多的不足,并没有全面真实反映网络教育档案信息。通过对传统模式下网络教育档案管理存在问题和网络教育档案的深度价值进行双重分析,从更新管理理念、完善档案管理模式、加强新型档案团队建设、重视信息安全和增强创新服务能力等方面阐述了大数据背景下网络教育档案管理优化路径,为新时代网络教育档案的改革实践提供思路。

With the advent of the information age,a large number of data have gradually become one of the important means of production in the new era,and the application of big data has become more and more extensive.The network education platform of colleges and universities has accumulated a large number of data of students and teaching activities.However,the traditional network education archives management model has many shortcomings,and does not fully and truly reflect the information of network education archives.Through the double analysis of the problems existing in the management of network education archives under the traditional mode and the deep value of network education archives,this paper expounds the optimizing path of network education archives management under the background of big data from the aspects of renewing management concept,optimizing archives management mode,strengthening the construction of new archives team,attaching importance to information security and enhancing innovative service ability,so as to provide new thoughts for the reform practice of network education archives in the new era.
