摘要
数字化时代为整个社会带来了翻天覆地的变化。信息网络技术的普遍应用推动了古籍数据库的建设发展,越来越多的高校、企业、个人投身于研发古籍数据库的建设中。开发古籍数据库的市场不断壮大,产品越来越丰富,随之而来的著作权保护问题成为大家关注的焦点。本文从著作权法角度分析高校图书馆自建古籍数据库和商业古籍数据库涉及的法律等问题,期望引起大家的全面思考。
The digital age has brought earth-shaking changes to the whole society.The widespread application of information network technology promotes the construction and development of ancient books database.More and more universities,enterprises and individuals devote themselves to the research and development of ancient books database.With the development of ancient book database,the market is expanding and the products are becoming more and more abundant while the subsequent copyright protection issues become a public focus.From the perspective of copyright law,this paper analyzes the legal issues involved in the self-built ancient book database and commercial ancient book database of university libraries,hoping to cause comprehensive consideration.
