With the advent of intelligent era,the promotion of the transformation and development of smart libraries has become the need of development of times and enabled the transformation of user needs and the realization of library values.Therefore,we need to meet the needs of users,strengthen strategic planning and business layout,integrate information technology,enhance the sensitivity of intelligent technology,improve the cultivation of librarians'technical ability,improve the quality of librarians,stimulate the communication with users and enhance cultivation of users’technical skills.In the process of promotion,we must also pay attention to the functions and roles of the library,and fully consider the issues of library technology conversion,so as to better promote the transformation and development of smart libraries.
