六氟化铀容器激光清洗技术研究

摘要 为解决六氟化铀容器传统的湿式清洗方式的废水量多、清洗成本太高、存在临界安全隐患等问题,引入了干式清洗方式,即激光清洗技术。在综述了目前国内六氟化铀容器清洗方法和阐述了激光清洗在国内外各个领域研究进展的基础上介绍了激光清洗原理。举例计算了740L容器激光清洗所需的理论能耗值。并从能耗、成本、环保和安全四个方面对化学清洗、高压水清洗和激光清洗三种方法进行了对比。发现激光清洗六氟化铀容器的技术具有低耗能、低成本、高环保、高安全的优越性。结果表明激光清洗技术的研究是未来六氟化铀容器清洗的发展方向,有着广阔的发展前景和重要的意义。 In order to solve the problem of the traditional wet cleaning method of uranium hexaf luoride vessel,like too much waste water,thehigh cost,critical security risks and ect.To introduced a kind of dry cleaning method,that is,laser cleaning technology.Based on the review of the domestic cleaning methods of uranium hexaf luoride and the research progress of laser cleaning in various f ields at home and abroad,the principle of laser cleaning is introduced.The theoretical energy consumption values for the 740L container laser cleaning are calculated.And from the energy consumption,cost,environmental protection and safety of four aspects of chemical cleaning,high pressure water cleaning and laser cleaning three methods were compared.It is found that the technology of laser cleaning uranium hexaf luoride vessel has the advantages of low energy consumption,low cost,high environmental protection and high safety.The results show that the research of laser cleaning technology is the future development direction of uranium hexaf luoride container cleaning,and has broad prospects and important signif icance.
