基于离合器控制的发动机滑摩启动方法研究

摘要 基于某款混合动力传动系统,实现了用驱动电机驱动离合器滑摩启动发动机的功能,从而能够取消启动电机,降低成本。提出了一种离合器滑摩启动发动机的控制方法,建立了模式切换过程的动力学模型,并对离合器控制参数进行了实车优化。整车试验表明,该方法能够实现发动机的平顺启动与动力介入,提高混合动力车辆模式切换的平顺性。针对滑摩启动失败现象采用多次启动的方法,试验表明,第二次启动时增加离合器闭合速率以及加大离合器定扭矩阶段的扭矩,能有效避免发动机启动失败。 Based on a hybrid transmission system,the function of using the EM drive motor to start the engine by slipping control of the clutch is realized,so that the start motor is canceled and the cost is reduced.A control method of starting the engine by clutch slipping control is proposed,the dynamic model of mode switching process is established,and the control parameters of clutch are optimized.The vehicle test shows that the method can realize smooth start and power intervention of engine,and enhance the smoothness of hybrid electric vehicles mode switching.Aiming at the failure of starting through slip control,a method of multiple start-ups is used.The test shows that increasing the clutch closing rate and the torque during the constant torque phase of the clutch during the second start can prevent engine startup failure effectively.
