摘要
对滨海电厂接地网设计和降阻改造施工过程进行了阐述,结合滨海电厂的土壤、环境等情况,通过新增海底接地网与原电厂接地网连接,并基于外接电网降阻总结出来的一些特性,在设计中采用了较为保守的计算公式,确保降阻改造工程达到预期的设计要求,施工改造后进行实际接地阻抗测试,测试数据满足相关规范的要求,并与降阻的设计值相符。
This paper expounded the design and earthing resistance reduction transformation work progress of grounding grid in coastal power plants.In consideration of the soil and environment in coastal power plants etc conditions,via the newly increased connection between the seabed grounding grid and the original power plant grounding grid and on the basis of circumscribed power grid earthing resistance reduction,this paper summarized some characteristics and adopted more conservative computational formulas in the design to ensure that the earthing resistance reduction reached the expectation.After construction and transformation,the practical impedance ground tests show that the test data meet the related norm requirements,conform to the design value of the earthing resistance reduction.
