摘要 针对我国甘蔗种植区大多位于丘陵地带且种植行距、种植规模较小的农艺要求,研制一种小型甘蔗施肥机。介绍了整机的基本结构、工作原理、技术参数、螺旋培土器、施肥器、防倾翻预警系统的参数设计及选择依据。试验表明,该机在丘陵坡地甘蔗种植地作业具备较好的适应性,能够达到甘蔗中耕管理的农艺要求。 Sugarcane planting areas in China are mostly located in hilly regions with small row spacing and small planting area.In this study,a small sugarcane cultivating machine with combined functions of intertillage,fertilizing,hilling,was developed to meet the agronomic requirement of these areas.The mechanical structure,working principle and technical parameters of the machine were introduced,and the key components such as spiral hilling device and fertilizer applicator,as well as anti-rollover early warning system were designed.Experiment results show that the machine works well in hilly areas,and the working parameters met the agronomic requirements of sugarcane intertillage management.
