摘要
P-8155水泵在运行过程中出现机械密封泄漏问题,导致该泵转子等部件腐蚀,通过分析机械密封失效的原因,对机械密封进行改造,实现了稳定长周期运行。
The leakage of mechanical seal occurred in the operation of P-8155 water pump,which led to the corrosion of the pump rotor and other components.This paper analyzed the causes of mechanical seal failure and reformed the mechanical seal to achieve stable long-term operation.
