高职院校学生“工匠精神”培育的路径与载体研究——基于对云南民族大学职业技术学院的实证调查

Study on Path and Carrier of Craftsmanship Spirit Cultivation in Vocational Colleges

“工匠精神”是应用型本科学院德育与智育的粘合剂,是现代职业教育体系构建中的重要环节。但“工匠精神”的培育研究面临着重重困难,以云南民族大学职业技术学院为研究对象,从学生的认知、理性实践、培育路径和载体等方面着手,研究文科性应用型高职本科院校在“工匠精神”培育上的特殊性,为培养德才兼备的高质量应用型人才提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Craftsmanship spirit is the link between physical and intellectual cultivation in applied undergraduate education,and an important segment in modern vocational education system.In this paper,students cognition,rational practice,education paths and carrier were analyzed to illustrate the particularity of craftsmanship spirit to provide guidance and reference for cultivate high-quality applied talents with both virtue and ability.
