奶业在我国畜牧业的地位日趋重要,中美贸易摩擦后,奶业正面临蛋白饲料资源紧缺的问题。本文提出了采用提高奶牛氮利用率的饲养方法和开发奶牛蛋白饲料替代产品的解决方案,旨在为解决我国蛋白饲料资源紧缺的现实问题提供参考。

In China’s animal husbandry, the status of the dairy industry is becoming more and more important. After the Sino-US trade friction, the dairy industry is facing a shortage of protein feed resources. This paper reviews the research progress of dairy cow protein feed substitutes. The aim is to provide reference materials for solving the practical problems of shortage of protein feed resources in China.
