提高液相色谱固相萃取柱使用效率的可行性研究

Study on the Feasibility of Improving the Application Efficiency of Solid Phase Extraction Column by Liquid Chromatography

在检测乳品中三聚氰胺时,使用固相萃取柱可简化前处理过程并提高样品纯度,但其价格较高。为降低检测成本,本研究根据待检乳制品样品的性质和固相萃取柱的特性,研究了固相萃取柱的回收再利用可行性。结果表明,可重复使用3次的固相萃取柱,其回收率符合国家标准,将其推广应用可节省大量检测成本。

The recovery and reuse of solid phase extraction column was studied according to the properties of the sample and the characteristics of the solid phase extraction column in the pretreatment of melamine in dairy. The recovery rate of solid phase extraction column can be reused for 3 times. The test data is reliable and the inspection cost is saved.
