右美托咪定在椎间孔镜手术镇静效果临床观察被引量：1

摘要目的分析右美托咪定在椎间孔镜手术中的镇静效果。方法以我院120例接受椎间孔镜手术患者为研究对象,根据右美托咪定用量的不同分成甲、乙、丙三组,甲组不予以右美托咪定,乙组应用0.2-0.3 ug/(kg·h)右美托咪定麻醉,丙组采用0.4-0.5 ug/(kg·h)右美托咪定麻醉;比较三组不同时间段镇静状况。结果丙组手术开展时(T1)、手术结束时(T2)Ramsay镇静评分明显低于甲乙两组(P<0.05)。结论在椎间孔镜手术中0.4-0.5 ug/(kg·h)右美托咪定镇静效果较佳,值得应用。
