摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和多羟基聚醚多元醇为主要原料,在85~90℃反应2.5 h合成了-NCO封端的水溶性聚氨酯预聚体。再将其与溶剂和增塑剂按一定比例制备成单组份水溶性聚氨酯灌浆材料,考察了不同聚醚多元醇和-NCO含量等因素对灌浆材料黏度、凝胶时间、包水性能的影响。
With toluene diisocyanate(TDI)and hydroxy polyether polyols as the main raw material,water soluble pre-polymers with-NCO sealingside was synthesized by the reaction of 2.5 h at 85~90℃.Then the pre-polymer,solvents and plasticizer mixed according to certain ratio to produce one-component column water-soluble polyurethane grouting materials.The different factors such as kinds of polyether alcohol and-NCO content on grouting material s viscosity,gel time,the influence of water multiple were studied.
