摘要
以两种阳离子型抑菌剂聚氨丙基双胍、西吡氯铵对化妆水进行防腐实验研究。结果表明,聚氨丙基双胍防腐能力欠佳,在0.55%的高浓度条件下仍不能对化妆水进行有效防腐;单独使用西吡氯铵,添加量高于0.2%时,可通过防腐挑战实验。对聚氨丙基双胍、西吡氯铵复配防腐体系进行研究,结果表明,应用0.3%聚氨丙基双胍复配0.04%西吡氯铵,即可有效对化妆水进行防腐。人体斑贴实验结果表明,复配的聚氨丙基双胍、西吡氯铵体系可通过测试,说明该复配防腐体系具有温和、低刺激性。
Two kinds of cationic bacteriostatic agents,polyaminopropyl biguanide and cetylpyridinium chloride,were studied for the antibacterial activity thereof in lotion.The results showed that the preservative ability of polyaminopropyl biguanide was not good,because the lotion could not be effectively preserved even under the high concentration of 0.55%.The lotion’s preservative challenge experiment was passed with cetylpyridinium chloride when its dosage was higher than 0.2%.The mixture of polyaminopropyl biguanide and cetylpyridinium chloride was also studied.The results showed that the lotion could be effectively preserved in the presence of 0.3% polyaminopropyl biguanide and 0.04%cetylpyridinium chloride.The results of human patch test showed that the mixture of polyaminopropyl biguanide and cetylpyridinium chloride could pass,indicating that the mixed system was mild and low in irritation.
