摘要
目的:观察叶绿素铜钠盐对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃组织表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达影响,探讨叶绿素铜钠盐治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的部分药效机制。方法:实验分为6组,即正常组,模型组,维酶素组,叶绿素铜钠盐低、中、高剂量组,以综合法制备慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠模型,除正常组和模型组外,其余各组给予维酶素和叶绿素铜钠盐灌胃10周。观察大鼠的一般状态、体质量和胃黏膜的病理变化,并测胃组织表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达。结果:模型组胃黏膜变薄,固有层腺体数量减少,肠上皮化生。叶绿素铜钠盐各组胃黏膜的萎缩程度有不同的逆转。模型组EGFR表达处于较高水平。叶绿素铜钠盐高、中、低剂量组EGFR的阳性表达明显低于模型组,存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:叶绿素铜钠盐可以减少EGFR的表达,从而起到保护胃黏膜和治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎以及预防癌变的作用。
Objective:In order to explore the mechanism for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Sodium Copper Chlorophyll and provide experimental and theoretical basis for the clinical application of sodium copper chlorophyll by observing effect of Sodium Copper Chlorophyll on epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).Methods:Experiment was divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,Victoria Su-enzyme group,Sodium Copper Chlorophyll low,medium and high-dose groups,Chronic atrophic gastritis rats were made by synthesis method,in addition to the normal group and model group,other groups were given Victoria Su-enzyme and Sodium Copper Chlorophyll in the stomach gavage for 10 weeks.Observe the general state and weight of rats,gastric pathology and measure epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).Results:The gastric mucosa of model group become thin,the number of lamina propria glands decreased,and intestinal metaplasia,in the Sodium Copper Chlorophyll groups,gastric mucosa atrophy were varying degrees of reversal.EGFR expression of model group was at a high level,EGFR expression of Sodium Copper Chlorophyll high,medium,low-dose groups were lower than that of model significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions:Sodium Copper Chlorophyll can decrease EGFR expression to protect gastric mucosa and treat chronic atrophic gastritis,and prevent cancer.
