阿奇霉素与β-内酰胺类抗菌药物联合应用的合理性探讨

目的:探讨阿奇霉素与β-内酰胺类抗菌药物联合应用的合理性。方法:2017年2月-2019年2月收治细菌性肺炎患儿40例,随机分为两组,各20例。观察组利用阿奇霉素与β-内酰胺类抗菌药物联合治疗;对照组使用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素与β-内酰胺类抗菌药物联合治疗小儿细菌性肺炎效果显著。

Objective:To explore the rationality of the combination of azithromycin and β-lactam antibiotics.Methods:40 children with bacterial pneumonia were selected from February 2017 to February 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with azithromycin and β-lactam antibiotics,while the control group was treated with β-lactam antibiotics.We compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of azithromycin and β-lactam antibiotics is effective in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children.
