哮喘控制问卷TRACK在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用

The application of asthma control questionnaire TRACK in children with asthma

目的:分析哮喘控制问卷TRACK在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治支气管哮喘患儿126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组采取常规干预方案;观察组采取常规干预方案联合哮喘控制问卷TRACK。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后肺功能指标水平显著优于对照组,呼气峰值流速(PEF)变异率显著低于对照组,TRACK评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在支气管哮喘患儿中应用哮喘控制问卷TRACK,能够获得良好的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the application effect of asthma control questionnaire TRACK in children with asthma.Methods:From January 2018 to may 2019,126 children with asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 63 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine intervention,the observation group was treated with routine intervention program combined with asthma control questionnaire TRACK.We compared the intervention effect between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the level of lung function index after intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group,PEF variation rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,and TRACK score was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the asthma control questionnaire TRACK in children with asthma can obtain good clinical effect.
