奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症患者暴力攻击行为的效果评价

Effect evaluation of olanzapine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of violent attack in patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法:2016年9月-2019年9月收治精神分裂症患者42例,随机分为两组,各21例。对照组给予奥氮平治疗;观察组给予奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组外显攻击行为量表评分、阳性与阴性症状量表评分、不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of olanzapine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:From September 2016 to September 2019,42 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine;The observation group was treated with olanzapine combined with sodium valproate.The treatment effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of explicit aggressive behavior scale,positive and negative symptom scale and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine combined with sodium valproate is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia.
