糖尿病肾病患者营养状况与血清胱抑素C水平的相关性分析

摘要 目的:分析糖尿病肾病患者营养状况与血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平的相关性。方法:2017年2月-2019年2月收治糖尿病肾病患者69例,根据营养状况的差异性分为A组(营养状况良好)23例、B组(轻、中度营养不良)29例和C组(重度营养不良)17例。三组均进行Cys-C检测,分析各项营养指标水平的检测结果。结果:体重指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(Hb)、清蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)等营养指标水平检测中,A组检测结果相对较高,B组其次,C组相对较低。Cys-C水平检测中,A组检测结果相对较低,B组其次,C组相对较高。各项营养指标与Cys-C水平存在负相关。结论:糖尿病肾病患者营养状况是影响疾病治疗恢复的重要因素。 Objective:To explore the relationship between nutritional status and serum cystatin C level in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2019,69 diabetic nephropathy patients were selected,according to the difference of nutritional status,they were divided into 23 cases in group A(good nutritional status),29 cases in group B(light and moderate malnutrition)and 17 cases in group C(severe malnutrition).Cys-C test was carried out in all three groups,we analyzed the test results of each nutritional index level.Results:In the body mass index(BMI),hemoglobin(HB),albumin(ALB),total protein(TP)and other nutritional indicators,the results of group A were relatively high,group B was second,group C was relatively low.In Cys-C level detection,the results of group A were relatively low,group B was second,and group C was relatively high.There was a negative correlation between Cys-C level and nutritional indexes.Conclusion:Nutritional status of diabetic nephropathy patients is an important factor affecting the recovery of disease treatment.
