高分辨胸部CT在早期肺癌筛查中的价值

The value of high resolution chest CT in early lung cancer screening

目的:研究早期肺癌筛查中实施高分辨胸部CT的价值。方法:2016年12月-2018年12月收治病理活检确诊的早期肺癌患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。试验组实施高分辨胸部CT筛查;对照组实施常规CT筛查。比较两组患者检出率及符合率。结果:试验组检出率及符合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期肺癌筛查中实施高分辨胸部CT的价值显著,与病理活检符合率较高。

Objective:To explore the value of high resolution chest CT in early lung cancer screening.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2018,100 patients with early lung cancer confirmed by pathological biopsy were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The experimental group was given high-resolution chest CT screening,the control group was given routine CT screening.We compared the detection rate and coincidence rate between the two groups.Results:The detection rate and coincidence rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of high resolution chest CT in early lung cancer screening is significant,the coincidence rate with pathological biopsy is high.
