助产护理措施应用于高龄产妇中对分娩方式和产程的影响

The effect of midwifery nursing measures on delivery mode and delivery process in elderly parturient

目的:探究助产护理措施应用于高龄产妇中对分娩方式与产程的影响。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治高龄产妇70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予助产护理干预。比较两组分娩方式及产程时间。结果:试验组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄产妇中开展助产护理措施,能够显著提高自然分娩率,有效缩短产程,护理效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of midwifery nursing measures on delivery mode and delivery process in elderly parturient.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,70 cases of elderly parturient were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 35 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given midwifery nursing intervention.We compared the delivery mode and delivery time between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,and the delivery time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out midwifery nursing measures in the elderly parturient can significantly improve the natural delivery rate,effectively shorten the delivery process,and the nursing effect is significant.
