急诊消化内镜护理过程中的常见问题及防范策略

Common problems and preventive strategies in the nursing process of emergency digestive endoscopy

目的:探讨急诊消化内镜护理过程中的常见问题及防范策略。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年9月急诊使用消化内镜患者76例,对所有患者进行护理。分析护理中存在的问题并进行相关防范,分析防范前后不良事件发生情况及护理满意度。结果:防范后不良事件发生率显著低于防范前,护理满意度显著高于防范前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊消化内镜护理过程中存在专业操作不当、器械不全、患者自身问题及器械污染、患者感染、交接班疏漏等问题,通过有效防范措施可有效降低不良事件发生,提高患者满意度,改善医患关系。

Objective:To explore the common problems and preventive strategies in the nursing process of emergency digestive endoscopy.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2018,76 emergency patients using digestive endoscopy were selected,and all patients received nursing care.We analyzed the existing problems in nursing and carried out relevant preventive measures,analyzed the occurrence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction before and after prevention.Results:After prevention,the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than before prevention,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than before prevention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing process of emergency digestive endoscopy,there are problems such as improper professional operation,incomplete equipment,patients'own problems and equipment pollution,patients'infection,change shifts and so on,effective preventive measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve patient satisfaction,and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
