无保护助产护理对初产妇自然分娩的影响研究

Study on the effect of unprotected midwifery nursing on the natural delivery of primipara

目的:研究无保护助产护理对初产妇自然分娩的影响。方法:2017年2月-2018年10月收治初产妇自然分娩孕妇66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组采用常规性护理;干预组采用无保护助产护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:干预组产后出血和尿潴留等并发症发生率显著低于对照组,且产妇会阴疼痛程度也显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为初产妇自然分娩孕妇进行无保护助产护理,产妇并发症较少,会阴疼痛低,产程无较大变化。

Objective:To explore the effect of unprotected midwifery nursing on the natural delivery of primipara.Methods:From February 2017 to October 2018,66 primiparas with natural delivery were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the intervention group was given unprotected midwifery nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the incidence of complications such as postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the degree of perineal pain in the parturient women was also significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of unprotected midwifery nursing for primipara in natural childbirth resulted in fewer complications,lower pain in perineum,and there is no significant change in labor process.
