摘要
目的:调查社区老年护理病房患者的营养状况,为改善老年住院患者营养状况提供依据。方法:对社区卫生服务中心的老年住院患者45例应用微型营养评价精法MNA-SF进行营养状况的评估,并分析相关性指标。结果:老年护理病房住院患者营养不良发生率为42.2%,营养不良风险发生率为26.7%;日常生活能力越差,营养不良发生率越高;营养支持现况差。结论:老年护理病房的营养不良及营养不良风险发生率较高,需积极进行营养支持。
Objective:To investigate the nutritional status of the elderly patients in the community nursing ward,and to provide basis for improving the nutritional status of the elderly inpatients.Methods:The nutritional status of 45 elderly inpatients in a community health service center was evaluated by mini-nutritional assessment-short form(MNA-SF),and the correlation indexes were analyzed.Results:The incidence of malnutrition in the elderly nursing ward was 42.2%,and the incidence of malnutrition risk was 26.7%.The poorer the daily living ability,the higher the incidence of malnutrition.The nutrition support therapy was in poor condition.Conclusion:The incidence of malnutrition and malnutrition risk is high in geriatric nursing ward,and nutrition support should be actively carried out.
